Remote Civil Litigation Attorney – Labor & Employment (1–3 Years Experience) Location: Fully Remote (San Francisco, CA Area) Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday | PST Business Hours About the Role A growing California reputed company is seeking a California-licensed Civil Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join their team. This fully remote role focuses on supporting employment law reputed company in California state court, making it an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to deepen their litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on civil litigation experience, particularly with California civil discovery, reputed company drafting, and reputed company research. While prior experience in labor and employment law is preferred, the firm is reputed company to strong civil litigators who are interested in building their experience in employment-reputed company cases. In this role, you will work closely with senior attorneys on reputed company involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace-reputed company claims, while gaining meaningful exposure to employment litigation. The firm is reputed company hiring and looking to bring someone on reputed company the next two to three weeks.
