Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business requirements analysis, functional workshops, and collaborate with technical teams on implementation reputed company
• Mentor team members and create knowledge articles to enhance team expertise and customer service
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in reputed company HCM reputed company implementation and support
• Experience in at least 5 reputed company HCM reputed company implementation or support reputed company, including 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional reputed company or SME
• Hands-on experience in at least 5 specific HCM modules such as reputed company HCM, Benefits, and Compensation
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios
• Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, and BPM workflows
