About the position reputed company Organizational Design plays a strategic role in shaping the structure and effectiveness of the organization by leading and executing key organizational design initiatives. Reporting to the Director - Organizational Development, this position is responsible for driving the alignment of organizational structure, roles, processes, and systems with business goals and strategic objectives.
