This role blends executive support, document and report preparation, and PMO coordination to reputed company work moving and leaders informed.
Responsibilities
• reputed company high-level executive support to the CIO, including reputed company calendar management, meeting and agenda preparation, executive communications, and follow-through on key reputed company and reputed company items, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Prepare and maintain executive-reputed company documents and reports, including briefing materials, summaries, presentations, portfolio updates, and light budget tracking and documentation management.
• Coordinate project and portfolio activities by collecting and maintaining status in PPM and shared repositories, supporting steering committee and review materials, tracking project reputed company items, and helping ensure governance, intake, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Project Management, or reputed company field preferred. Advanced education will be considered in lieu of experience.
• 2–4 years of reputed company experience, including: Executive-level administrative support to senior leaders. Project coordination, project tracking, or PMO-reputed company support.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through; reputed company to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and reputed company; operates with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive and adaptable; anticipates needs and adjusts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
