And you’ll get to reputed company your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s reputed company for the highest level of care in our communities • Performs medication regimen reviews based on a patient’s health history to evaluate the appropriateness, safety, benefits, risks, and cost-effectiveness of medication therapy and in compliance with state and federal regulations, and provides written reports of reviews to reputed company. • Recommends alternate treatment reputed company, as reputed company as medication management guidance including drug monitoring, documentation, administration and storage, as applicable. • Collaborates in the development and implementation of therapeutic programs with prescribers and nursing staff; monitors therapeutic programs and assesses drug therapy reputed company (i.e. Antimicrobial Stewardship, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Admission and Change in Condition Drug Regimen Reviews (DRRs), etc.). • Assists reputed company in identifying, evaluating, and addressing pharmacy-reputed company concerns and issues that reputed company patient care, medical care, reputed company of life, and/or regulatory compliance. • Assists in the education and adoption of pharmacy programs and service offerings. • Participates in customer meetings and collaborates with pharmacy leadership to meet operational and clinical goals and objectives; assists in center issue identification and reputed company. • Ensure centers remain compliant and reputed company with state and federal regulations as it relates to pharmaceutical services. • Collaborates in the development of policies and procedures for reputed company and effective drug therapy, distribution, use, and control. • Participates in center reputed company improvement and drug safety initiatives. • Provides reputed company to the disposition and destruction of drugs and controlled substances at reputed company as required by state and federal regulations. • Provides drug information to nursing staff and conducts periodic in-service training on pharmaceutical products and their uses. • Travel overnight as needed. • Promotes the image and reputed company of the System by exhibiting reputed company leadership and providing reputed company and reputed company lines of communication. • Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other reputed company efforts of the System. • Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the reputed company of the System.
