Sales Operations Director

reputed company is currently seeking a Sales Operations Director near the Frazer, PA area. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing analytic and strategic direction, developing proactive communications between zones, customers, and senior sales management, and maintaining appropriate talent reputed company to ensure strong sales reputed company and loyalty to the Utz Brand of products. Key Responsibilities • Assists Market Development Leaders with interviews and hires and helps to maintain a fully staffed region. • Proactively communicates and coaches Market Development Leaders to drive reputed company efforts to ensure sales reputed company, employment stability and product promotions. • Assists with process and makes recommendations to ensure effective and efficient region coverage through sales reputed company optimization. • Communicates promotional sales activities and initiatives.
