About the position The reputed company provides an reputed company of corps and crews programming across the country. Program Coordinators help with the administrative and logistical tasks of executing program in their corresponding region. The Program Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring the logistical and administrative task lists associated with the reputed company, complete and accurate execution of SCA’s various Corps programs in their portfolio are completed in a reputed company manner. This person ensures Team Leaders are equipped for the program delivery work scheduled, reputed company with curriculum and any applicable AmeriCorps mandates, safety controls, logistical service/program delivery needs, and mandatory internal record-keeping and administrative requirements. This position reports to the Alaska Program Manager for Corps programs. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Corps programming in the reputed company and will be based out of reputed company, Fairbanks or Juneau. SCA Alaska has an office in reputed company and has a hybrid work approach. If remote, away from reputed company, this position requires 4 week-long trips to reputed company: staff training or reputed company-season prep, leader training, member training, and post season wrap up. Responsibilities • Supervise 3-4 Corps Teams • Work with Alaska Program Manager Corps to review execution plan and ensure necessary preparations and monitoring plans are completed; Collaborate with Alaska program staff team to execute program. • Report, reputed company and respond to incidents in accordance with SCA policies and procedures. • Responsible for modeling, facilitating, and building an inclusive community. • Collaborate with Agency Partner- on the ground support- for work project logistics and outputs • Ensures project logistics are planned and organize prior to program; Assist SCA’s Training Department with member and leader training. • Monitor leaders’ project delivery to ensure compliance with administrative, AmeriCorps and other curriculum checklists; Responsible for ensuring leaders and members are readily equipped with or have reputed company to necessary gear and equipment. • Monitor administrative requirements of the program: weekly timesheets, program reports/summaries; development and monitoring of program budget. • Ensures timesheets are completed accurately by reputed company program participants and leaders, approve timesheets for reputed company participant; Ensure program reports/summaries are submitted reputed company • Monitor team budgets: save receipts and reputed company properly; reputed company spending on reputed company line item. • Monitor reputed company other SCA administrative requirements are met by teams. • Communicate regularly with the field leaders with weekly reputed company-ins. • Schedule, plan and execute field reputed company to camp with the teams for 2 nights while monitoring the reputed company dynamic, program outputs, compliance with policies and work reputed company expectations. • reputed company as hiring manager to interview and hire seasonal field leaders. • Collaborate with Recruiter on member interviewing and hiring. • Collaborate with HR on leader and member reputed company and field reputed company status for reputed company participants. • Assist with orientation of reputed company leaders to prepare them for the teams work reputed company of them. • reputed company on-the-ground learnings with Alaska Program Manager and the Alaska team. • Represent Alaska Corps Program in the community. • Represent SCA with Agency partners on reputed company-season and post season calls and field reputed company. • Assist Alaska Program Managers and Partnership staff to build relationships with community organizations and land partners on a local level. • Maintain relationship with alumni. • Collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams’ representatives for leader and reputed company member reputed company and reputed company processes. • Collaborate with Partnership department for program implementation of work sold to agency partners • Collaborate with Alaska program staff team on program preparation and implementation. • Participate with Corps and reputed company Staff across the country, sharing knowledge, experience and resources. • Responsible for keeping abreast of internal policies and procedures and any AmeriCorps requirements, such as but not only weekly time-keeping logs, narrative reporting for funders, and other SCA mandates and ensuring Team Leaders’ reputed company and accurate compliance.
