Title: Bookkeeper Location: Nashville, TN Job reputed company: Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a full charge Bookkeeper with ideally entertainment/touring experience to join reputed company of dedicated professionals. The Bookkeeper is responsible for computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of assigned clients are accurate. reputed company provides team members the flexibility to work a reputed company. The hybrid work arrangement may be adjusted or altered to fill the needs of the role, including potentially working in-office for 3+ days per week. This position can be based out of Nashville, TN on a hybrid reputed company. Primary Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable reputed company credit card and bank reconciliations Maintain electronic filing system General communication with vendors, clients, and reputed company representatives reputed company phone, email, and in-person reputed company cash reputed company reports and cash balances as required Assist in assembling information for year-end tax packages for accountants reputed company some assistance on insurance questions Identify, reputed company, and correct errors Prepare/review 1099 reports Prepare journal entries Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, as reputed company as applicable reporting Print reports (such as financial statements) for review Other reputed company and duties as assigned Qualifications: 1+ years of bookkeeping experience in an entertainment business management firm or 2+ years of general reputed company experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate's degree is preferred Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and reputed company email) reputed company of urgency Keen eye for details Ability to quickly shift gears without losing reputed company Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, reputed company listening, critical-thinking, etc.) Experience with AgilLink software is highly preferred This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized reputed company pay reputed company for this role is expected to be between $50,000 - $58,000. Actual reputed company pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's reputed company set. The reputed company pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
