GoHighLevel & Business Automation Specialist
About the position
We're seeking a dedicated GoHighLevel & Business Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our critical workflows. This role is perfect for someone who excels at leveraging no-code/low-code platforms to drive efficiency and enhance our digital ecosystem.
You'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our automation systems, particularly within GoHighLevel.
Work directly with our global team, including colleagues in Brazil and the US, to identify needs and implement robust integration solutions.
Play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency, from lead management to customer workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across all departments.
Please note: While this is a remote role, our teams primarily work during US Pacific Time (PST) to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Set up and tailor GoHighLevel's CRM, pipelines, and advanced automation workflows to exact business needs.
• Design and build impactful sales funnels, and market communication workflows Connect GoHighLevel with essential business tools (like payment processors and schedulers) using built-in integrations and existing API capabilities.
• Elevate customer journey across all service categories.
• Partner with team to grasp operational needs and translate them into effective, automated solutions.
• Continuously analyze, refine, and optimize existing automation systems for peak efficiency and reliability.
• Empower teams by providing GoHighLevel training and ongoing support, driving tool adoption and understanding.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between GoHighLevel and integrated systems, maintaining data integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience for both internal teams and customers through automation.
• Liaise with third-party tool providers to troubleshoot issues or explore new integration possibilities.
• Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports within GoHighLevel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate ROI.
• Remain current with GoHighLevel's latest features and best practices across the broader automation landscape.
Requirements
• GoHighLevel Mastery: 2+ years hands-on configuring and optimizing GoHighLevel for business.
• Automation Architect: Expert in no-code/low-code funnel building, marketing automation, and CRM via GoHighLevel.
• Process Powerhouse: Proven ability to design and implement efficient business automations.
• Analytical Ace: Sharp skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot any issue.
• Clear Communicator: Conveys complex technical info with exceptional clarity.
• Global Collaborator: Fluent English, ensuring seamless team communication.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in the home services sector or with agency-style operations.
• Experience in importing data into GoHighLevel, understanding data hygiene best practices, and performing data cleanup to ensure accurate and reliable information within the CRM
• While not coding, understanding how to connect GoHighLevel with other platforms using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or GoHighLevel's native integrations. This includes knowing how to map data fields between different systems for seamless information flow.
• The ability to logically identify where an automation might be failing or sending incorrect data, and systematically fix it within GoHighLevel's workflow builder.
