Builder Channel Sales Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to reputed company and manage the Builder/Architect sales function for the New Build reputed company, ensuring reputed company adoption is embedded into builder and architect project specifications and driving measurable reputed company sales. This role provides leadership, coaching, and reputed company to the Builder/Architect Specialists and Inside Sales Support team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, HBAs, and California market opportunities. Monthly Salary reputed company: $11,074 - $14,500. Compensation is based on the skills and experience of the candidate. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree required. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team, preferably in building products or project-based sales. • Proven reputed company record of leading teams to deliver measurable sales results. • Strong knowledge of consultative/project sales and ability to influence multiple stakeholders. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office, CRM, and reporting tools. • Willingness to travel (up to 60 days per year).
