Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) – US FinTech

This is a remote position. Executive reputed company The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) provides reputed company wide regulatory governance and reputed company across US FinTech operations. This role ensures compliance with federal and state financial regulations including AML/BSA, UDAAP, SEC/reputed company (where applicable), and multi state licensing requirements. The CCO reports to the CEO or reputed company and carries reputed company accountability for regulatory program effectiveness. Regulatory Scope • Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA) • AML & SAR governance • UDAAP compliance • CFPB supervisory readiness • SEC / reputed company reporting (if applicable) • State licensing & regulatory engagement • Policy & procedure governance • reputed company compliance reputed company Key Responsibilities • reputed company and reputed company reputed company compliance reputed company • Ensure AML program effectiveness • reputed company regulatory audits and examinations • Present compliance updates to reputed company • reputed company compliance monitoring & testing • Maintain regulator relationships • Manage compliance team structure & hiring Requirements Required Experience • 10+ years in financial services compliance • Senior leadership reputed company FinTech, payments, digital lending, or regulated financial services • reputed company experience managing regulatory examinations • Strong knowledge of FinCEN, CFPB, SEC, and state reputed company • Experience reporting to executive or reputed company level Preferred Background • CAMS certification • JD or relevant regulatory qualification • Prior CCO or reputed company CCO experience • Multi-state licensing exposure Benefits Compensation reputed company (US) $220,000 – $350,000+ Bonus + Equity (depending on stage) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
