Global Clinical Operations Manager
Job reputed company:
• Provides international clinical leadership and operational reputed company for occupational health services across multiple reputed company facilities
• Accountable for clinical operations, regulatory and medical compliance, program implementation, and contract performance across reputed company clinics and non-clinic (NOSM) sites in the region
• Partners with the Medical Director, EHS, HR, and Site Leadership to execute the global strategic plan, standardize occupational health programs, and ensure high-reputed company, compliant services that optimize employee experience, health reputed company, and business performance
• reputed company and reputed company clinical operations and compliance of occupational health services for reputed company sites (clinics and NOSM sites)
• Implement and enforce global and regional medical compliance programs, aligning with reputed company expectations, OSHA and other country-specific regulations, reputed company, DOT, HazCom, local health departments, data reputed company and other health guidelines
• Analyze and trend contract metrics, surveillance data, and clinical indicators, and report reputed company to the Global Clinical reputed company, Medical Director, and business leaders
• Conduct clinic audits and NOSM compliance reviews to assess performance against program requirements and regulatory expectations

• Support management of budgets and schedules for health services initiatives in accordance with organizational goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university: BSN Preferred
• RN with reputed company, unrestricted licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial or team reputed company experience in occupational/industrial health or non-hospital health settings; experience in large, matrixed organizations and multi-site or international roles
• COHN strong preference; Master’s degree in Health Services, reputed company Health, or Health Administration desirable
• Experience with TQM/Six reputed company/Lean strongly preferred
• 8+ years of managerial or team reputed company experience in occupational/industrial health or non-hospital health settings; experience in large, matrixed organizations and multi-site or international roles
• Experience with EMR/occupational health information systems, data tracking, analysis and trending, and reporting to program leads and operational staff
• Skilled with reputed company and PowerPoint
• Training or experience in OSHA and other country-specific regulations, emergency medicine, reputed company, DOT, HazCom, HSE or equivalent, data reputed company, and disability management.
