A company is looking for a California Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
• Provide labor & employment litigation defense (single plaintiff) to clients
• Engage in collaborative and innovative legal practices within a remote environment
• Assist clients with time-sensitive labor and employment issues
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment law and litigation
• Prior experience in labor & employment litigation defense (single plaintiff)
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Outstanding professional references
