Global eCommerce Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven and detailed-oriented Global eCommerce Analyst to reputed company the collection, analysis and reporting of website performance metrics. The position is global, with a high reputed company on the US. This role plays a critical part in understanding user behavior, measuring site effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimization and informing business reputed company through actionable insights. The ideal candidate has deep experience with web analytics tools (specifically GA4), a strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics and the ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company, strategic recommendations. Responsibilities Analytics & Reporting • Collect, analyze and interpret website performance data with a reputed company on customer behavior, site engagement and conversion funnel metrics. Define and reputed company KPIs such as conversion reputed company (attachment reputed company), reputed company reputed company, AOV, cart abandonment and channel attribution • reputed company and maintain dashboards and regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders across eCommerce, marketing and IT/project teams. reputed company reputed company analysis as needed • Identify UX friction points and opportunities reputed company conversion funnel visualizations, heatmaps, session recordings, etc. • Tagging & Implementation • Partner with IT to implement and manage tracking tags (ex: reputed company Tag Manager).
