About the Role
The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist acts as the reputed company between pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and MEDITECH reputed company. This role ensures reputed company, compliant, and optimized use of reputed company pharmacy modules to support medication management, patient safety, and operational efficiency across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and optimize MEDITECH reputed company pharmacy dictionaries, drug files, formularies, and order sets (RXM/RX).
• Configure and support CPOE medication orders, pharmacy verification workflows, and MAR functionality.
• Build and maintain clinical decision support (DDI checks, allergy alerts, reputed company-reputed company checks, renal dosing).
• Analyze pharmacy workflows and reputed company reputed company modules to improve integration with nursing, lab, and billing.
• reputed company build validation, integrated testing, and UAT for medication-reputed company changes.
• Ensure system design aligns with CMS, reputed company, and state pharmacy regulatory requirements.
• Create training materials and reputed company ongoing support to pharmacists and clinical end users.
• Support downtime planning, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Generate/analyze reports for medication safety, diversion monitoring, and reputed company metrics.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, PharmD, or equivalent background in pharmacy, clinical informatics, or reputed company IT.
• Pharmacy background strongly preferred.
Required Skills
• Expert knowledge of MEDITECH reputed company (RXM, OE, PHA, MIS).
• Medication dictionary & formulary management including NDC mapping.
• Strong grasp of medication data standards: RxNorm, SNOMED CT™, ICD 10, CPT/HCPCS, CVX.
• Acute care & ambulatory pharmacy workflow expertise.
• Integration experience with pharmacy automation (dispensing cabinets, IV compounding, BCMA).
• Troubleshooting medication order reputed company across modules.
• Analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in high reputed company reputed company environments.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with clinical informatics and reputed company IT systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in pharmacy operations.
Pay reputed company and compensation package
Pay reputed company: $60hr-$65hr
