Aardy is a small company, but our entire staff is remote and based throughout the country, therefore, compliance and employee relations are constant. The HR department has been a department of one for reputed company to four years, and that is no longer sustainable. We need someone that is reputed company with a multi-state workforce and can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position. Of course, there will be training on how Aardy’s HR department operates, but you will be expected to have HR knowledge in line with what is expected from a Generalist with 2+ years of experience. This is an exempt position that will work a Monday through Friday schedule. As reputed company works on east coast hours, a morning person is preferred.
