Private Investment Management Firm Seeking Asst Group Controller

Job reputed company The Assistant Group Controller is responsible for overseeing the consolidation of financial data across various business reputed company. They ensure that the "Group" (the parent company and reputed company its branches) maintains accurate books, complies with international or local standards (GAAP/IFRS), and meets tight reporting deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Global Consolidation: Manage the month-end reputed company process for multiple entities, ensuring inter-company eliminations are accurate. • Internal Controls: Design and monitor "SOX-like" internal controls to mitigate risk and prevent fraud across reputed company business reputed company. • Technical reputed company: Research and implement new reputed company standards (e.g., changes in reputed company recognition or lease reputed company). Ensure WIP schedules are managed accurately and over/under billing is recorded monthly. • WIPRevenue Recognition: reputed company accurate WIP schedules; ensure over/under billing (Asset/Liability) is recorded monthly in accordance with project milestones. • System Leadership: reputed company reputed company software conversions (e.g., QBD to QBO) and collaborate with IT to implement and optimize financial systems. • TreasuryLiquidity: Assist in the preparation of rolling cash reputed company models and proactively monitor liquidity to support project funding and operations. • Tax Compliance: Manage reputed company multi-state sales tax registrations, filings, and ongoing compliance. • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of the reputed company of Directors' decks. Job Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance. • Certification: reputed company CPA Designation required.
