Entry Level Litigation reputed company Assistant
About the position
This position supports assigned Attorneys and Paralegals on a trial team with reputed company aspects of prelitigation administrative case management. The role is detail orientated with a requirement of strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Set up and organize case files in case management software
• Collect incident reports, medical records, wage loss records, insurance information, and other case reputed company documents
• Communicate extensively with team and the attorneys
• Communicate with insurance companies and lien reputed company
• Consistently following up with medical providers, and insurance adjusters until the completion of a task
• Assist in preparation of litigation files
• Assist in drafting complaints, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Performs duties and directives as given by team to process requests, emails, and administrative requests.
