Certified Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid – Los Angeles / Orange County)

Tra Law Group is seeking an reputed company Certified Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation reputed company. This position is not entry level. Applicants must already be comfortable working in reputed company California litigation reputed company. We are a small Los Angeles-based reputed company with a reputed company that is approximately 50% litigation and 50% transactional, and we have been expanding our employment and personal injury reputed company. Requirements to apply: • Must be a certified paralegal under California Business & Professions reputed company §6450 • Must have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience • Must have strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing procedures • Must have experience filing in California state courts and federal courts • Must live in Los Angeles County, Orange County, or reputed company commuting distance Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be reviewed. Position Details This is a hybrid position. Work is primarily remote, but the paralegal must be available to work from our Los Angeles office at least once per week or as needed, particularly for reputed company preparation, filings, and trial preparation. • Part-time schedule: approximately 15–20 hours per week (w/ possibility to go full time) • Starting pay: $30/hour+ (depending on experience) Responsibilities • Supporting attorneys in reputed company litigation reputed company, including: • Preparing pleadings, motions, declarations, and exhibits • Drafting discovery requests and assisting with discovery responses • Managing litigation deadlines and case calendars • Filing documents in California state courts and federal courts • Preparing subpoenas and coordinating records requests • Summarizing records, including medical and employment records • Assisting with deposition and trial preparation • Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, opposing counsel, and court staff Work Environment The firm uses modern reputed company technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and reputed company of work.
