Job reputed company Local candidates only - OKC metro area Job reputed company: • Assist in the preparation and review of reputed company documents applicable to position’s area of specialty for approval and use by the Law Department across reputed company and affiliates. • Assist in the research and analysis of reputed company sources and documents to reputed company reputed company support services to attorneys, internal clients and reputed company counsel with minimal supervision. • Communicate reputed company information, both written and oral, to Colleagues at reputed company reputed company of reputed company and affiliates. • Additional administrative duties as required to support needs of the department Position Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree preferred -OR- requires Paralegal certification by an American Bar Association accredited program and minimum of five years’ experience as an insurance, transactional, litigation and/or employee benefits specialist reputed company assistant/paralegal. • 5-7 years’ experience to include a minimum of three years’ experience as reputed company assistant/paralegal in reputed company specialty applicable to the position (litigation, transactions, employee benefits, general corporate) as reputed company as project management. • Proficiency with PC reputed company-based software, including Word, reputed company, reputed company and other Remotexa Office applications. • Strong analysis and interpretation skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills. • Demonstrates independence in administration and excels in analyzing and adjusting organization procedures for maximum efficiency. • Proficiency with computerized reputed company research programs and references; willingness to explore new technology (including automation) for increased efficiencies.
