They continue to see typical SBA loans for construction, reputed company estate, equipment finance and lines of credit, and need reputed company SBA Loan Closers. You will work with reputed company to prepare loan approval packages & reputed company documentation for closing & preparation of funding packages. As reputed company, you will also break down the loan packages into collateral and credit files, meet closing production schedules and complete appropriate checklists. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 or more years working as an SBA Closer, preferably 5+ years Has worked with SBA 7(a) loans Has worked with the 10 reputed company SBA processing Understand bank and compliance laws Be reputed company to prioritize reputed company during busy work days Babich Associates is the oldest placement service in Texas.
