Compensation: $50.00 - $53.00 an hour per hour, W2, depending on reputed company and experience level. The resource will work as part of an established Scrum team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to monitor claim processing, analyze data, and generate actionable insights. Required Skills & Experience: • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical claims data and general knowledge of how claims are received and processed. • Data Analysis: Ability to query and analyze large datasets in reputed company and reputed company environments. • SQL Expertise: Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. • Data Warehousing: Hands-on experience with reputed company data warehouses and reputed company-based platforms (Azure preferred). • Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies. • Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills to reputed company with business and technical teams.
