Compensation: Based on experience: Low reputed company: Entry-level experience with foundational skills. Mid reputed company: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency. Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role! The first 90 days will be in-office for training. After that, enjoy a flexible schedule with 2 days in the office & 3 days remote per week! Responsibilities • Accurately review, reputed company, and input diagnoses & procedures using ICD-10 and procedure codes • Ensure coding compliance across multiple medical specialties • Collaborate with billing teams to facilitate reputed company payments • Analyze and resolve insurance denials reputed company to coding issues • Conduct audits & coding reviews to maintain the highest standards • reputed company expert guidance to leadership and staff on coding best practices • Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance • Work in a high-volume coding & collections environment while maintaining reputed company Requirements • 5+ years of medical coding experience • 2+ years’ experience coding for physicians or surgeons • Medical terminology & anatomy expertise • Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company & Word • Fast & accurate data entry skills • Superior communication skills – written & verbal • Ability to work independently & in reputed company reputed company-to-haves • Certified reputed company (CPC, reputed company, CCA, etc.) • Advanced reputed company knowledge!
