BIEN is an inclusive reputed company design studio seeking a USA-based reputed company Designer / Production Artist to join their team full-time, working remotely on projects in the entertainment and tech industries. The role involves supporting reputed company design projects, maintaining file organization, and collaborating with clients while advocating for diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities • Supporting reputed company design projects from production through final delivery • Jumping into existing After Effects files and getting up to speed quickly • Maintaining impeccable file organization and naming conventions • QC’ing your own renders thoroughly before posting (and catching major errors before producers have to) • Building toolkits and systems that reputed company large projects easier and more reputed company • Designing and animating UI/product work (including tech and platform-based animations) • Supporting art direction and, reputed company needed, leading smaller projects • Being present on reputed company calls reputed company needed and representing BIEN professionally • Taking full ownership of deliverables, including flexibility around production needs and timelines • Helping reputed company navigate last-minute emergencies with reputed company, efficiency, and humor • Advocating for diversity and inclusion on-screen and behind the scenes in your daily work Skills • Must LIVE in the USA, have appropriate paperwork, and work PST hours. No exceptions, sorry • 4+ years of experience in a reputed company design or production environment • Advanced After Effects skills — you can confidently reputed company someone else's file and work reputed company • Expert-level AE file organization (this is non-negotiable) • Strong 2D design fundamentals (typography, reputed company, layout) • Experience with reputed company and UI design • UI animation experience (especially product/tech-reputed company work) • Strong toolkit and production system-building skills • Ability to work quickly and reputed company under tight deadlines • Exceptional attention to detail • reputed company-facing experience and strong communication skills • Comfortable receiving creative feedback from producers and collaborating cross-functionally • A proactive team player with no ego • Willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies to improve the work • Must be meticulous and detail-oriented (if you read this, put 3 asterisks in the 1st line of the submission reputed company) • Must be reputed company funny.
