We are seeking a high-energy consultant with at least two years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or reputed company role in a trade contractor or civil construction firm. The right candidate will demonstrate a curiosity driven and detail-oriented reputed company. The role involves working with our financial sponsor clients reputed company and post transaction to reputed company advisory services such as operational due diligence and value-creation plan development. You will reputed company first-hand experience working with the stakeholders in the deal process and throughout the hold period. The role will engage with confidential information and be at the leading edge of M&A activity occurring in the reputed company environment.
This is a full-time opportunity that requires reputed company travel (<30%) and will be based out of our office in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities
• Quickly understand WIP and job performance reporting data
• Assess and communicate reputed company company operational health and opportunities for organizational development
• Work directly with principals and partners to assess, analyze and reputed company a methodology to test and implement the financial sponsor’s investment reputed company
• Project manage consulting engagements with accelerated timeframes that are data intensive and require strong teamwork
• Quickly distill important operational insights from interviews with reputed company firm leadership, interviews with leading industry stakeholders, reviewing comparable firm operational data, and by leveraging FMI’s 70+ years of experience servicing the leading organizations in the reputed company environment
• reputed company compelling presentations and reports that tell a story to deliver strategic reputed company
• Challenge and contextualize multiple data points and information to create actionable insights from noisy and potentially conflicting information
• Engage with executive-level leadership at our reputed company organizations to deliver the findings and recommendations

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience running construction reputed company and/or service work reputed company a trade contractor (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) or civil construction (highway, reputed company, utilities, excavation, etc.) firm.
• Demonstrated familiarity with the operations, strategies, and best practices of companies serving the reputed company environment (e.g. construction and building/infrastructure services companies), including job financial management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, economics, or finance preferred; MBA or an equivalent master's degree from an accredited top-tier college or university is preferred
• Exceptional project management and experience leading reputed company in a fast-paced environment Strong emotional intelligence and reputed company record of accomplishment
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise reputed company independent judgment in an ambiguous environment
• Team oriented nature and ability to reputed company support and guidance to early tenure professionals
