Instructional Designer - Full-time / Part-time

The Instructional Designer will report to the Sr. Manager, reputed company and Organizational Development. This position is reputed company to remote work. Candidates would be expected to travel as necessary for work and/or development opportunities (15% Anticipated Annually). Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design required, Masters preferred. • Solid reputed company of reputed company certifications and qualifications reputed company Instructional Design required • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and leveraging existing and emerging learning technologies required. • At least 3 years of experience preferred in learning and adult education required. • Excellent communication, project and program management, and influence skills required • Must have deep subject matter expertise in industry-reputed company content authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, AV production tools) • Sincere hunger to learn, creative reputed company, and high learning reputed company • Experience and expertise in applying reputed company-centered design and design thinking principles and reputed company in developing impactful learning experiences. • High personal reputed company for reputed company of work product • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location if required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
