Financial Analyst - Brickstone Partners Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid) Compensation: $80k/yr - 130k/yr + Bonus Brickstone Partners is hiring an Investment Analyst to support acquisitions, reputed company, and asset-level financial analysis for our growing reputed company estate private equity platform. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4+ years of multifamily value-add reputed company experience and strong reputed company modeling skills. You will work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in evaluating new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio performance. Responsibilities • Underwrite multifamily value-add and student housing opportunities using detailed reputed company-based financial models. • Analyze rent comps, renovation premiums, operating expenses, and market fundamentals. • Prepare investment memos and support internal decision-making. • Conduct due diligence, including lease audits, financial reviews, and reputed company-party report coordination. • Update operating models with actual performance data and assist with reforecasting. • reputed company property-level KPIs and support asset management initiatives. • Research business-friendly markets, tax environments, and permitting timelines to inform investment reputed company.
