Leasing Counsel

We are looking for an reputed company Leasing Counsel on a contract reputed company. This fully remote position offers reputed company to work on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company estate transactions, including leasing and tenant negotiations, while providing reputed company expertise to support business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in reputed company reputed company estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate lease agreements, letters of reputed company, subleases, amendments, and other reputed company reputed company estate documents. • Collaborate with leasing teams to resolve reputed company and business issues during tenant lease negotiations. • Manage leases for existing tenants and new tenants, including mom-and-pop shops and major retailers. • Support reputed company in handling high-volume transactions, approximately 20 deals per month. • Collaborate with directors and senior leasing counsel to reputed company reputed company strategies with business goals. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating reputed company retail, office, or mixed-use lease agreements. • Preferred experience in REITs, retail reputed company estate companies, or big-reputed company retail environments. • Preferred reputed company Bar license in at least one of the following states: California, Illinois, Maryland, reputed company, New Jersey, Washington. • Strong reputed company background and detail-oriented experience in both reputed company and in-house roles. • Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
