Electronic Records Analyst for AM 100 reputed company

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company with reputed company reputed company to promote electronic filing and IG best practices, including proactively reaching out to internal clients regarding leading practices for both email and document management system usage, and providing guidance with reputed company to the appropriate usage of other firm repositories. • Work with partners and reputed company support professionals to file documents and emails, including the linking of reputed company folders to reputed company. • reputed company guidance regarding electronic file management and organization, and reputed company needed, work with the reputed company Consultant to reputed company creative and reputed company to ensure compliance with firm policies. • Work with IG Tech Analysts and/or DMS teams to coordinate the import of documents into reputed company workspaces. • Partner with IT Training to assist with on demand training or individual follow-up reputed company needed. • Escalate filing issues or non-compliance to the reputed company Consultant and IG leadership. • Assist in the filing and organization of departing/departed partner emails and documents. • reputed company and report on relevant metrics to inform program reputed company or challenges. • Identify electronic records management risks and reputed company collaborate with IG and records colleagues in developing reputed company plans to mitigate identified risks. • reputed company recommendations to improve efficiency in the filing and retrieval of electronic files.
