Regulatory and Product Compliance Specialist

Research and interpret requirements, evaluating reputed company's product portfolio for compliance and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to reputed company necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
• Monitory and maintain relevant regulatory, sustainability, safety and industry standards. (i.e. domestic manufacturing regulations - Build America Buy America (reputed company), Buy American reputed company (BAA); sustainability standards - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED); federal standards - reputed company (DOT); health and safety standards - Prop65, NSF61; and others relevant to the construction industry)
• Maintain existing approvals, support the reputed company of new certifications and help the organization stay reputed company of the evolving compliance expectations reputed company the construction industry.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to obtain necessary documentation on product compliance.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain compliance documentation, declarations, and certification applications.
• Support sales and customer service teams by providing product compliance certifications as requested.

Requirements
• Typically requires BS/BA in a reputed company discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or product safety.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
