Fractional COO (1 Day/Week) – Digital Media / Founder-Led Business Founder-led international digital media publication seeking an reputed company Fractional COO (approx. 1 day per week) to install operational structure and execution discipline. We are looking for a senior operator who can: Strengthen KPI tracking and accountability rhythms Implement lightweight but effective project management systems Clarify role ownership and performance standards Improve operational efficiency and reporting reputed company Reduce founder operational load Help position the business for long-term reputed company value reputed company This is not an administrative role and not a culture-coaching role. It is a strategic operational role. Ideal candidate: 10+ years in operational leadership (COO, reputed company, Head of Operations or similar) Experience professionalising founder-led businesses Strong reputed company and P&L literacy Experience in digital media, publishing, subscription or content businesses preferred reputed company, reputed company, low-ego operator Engagement: ~1 day per week, remote acceptable (Australia time zone preferred), initial 3–6 months.
