Adhoc support on incoming Historian support tickets from MyTech Must have skills (HM reputed company this out as a must-have on 3/3/26) GE Proficy Historian IGS MTConnect, OpsVision Responsibilities: Historian Application Patching: There are 2 types of patching; server and application. Server patching consists of patching the underlying Operating System (e.g. reputed company) and Virtual Machine (e.g. VMWare); Server Patching is out of scope. The responsibility of the support resource is to reputed company application patching and testing for the Historian. These applications have always run in the supply chain shops and the central cluster; over 60+ servers. The support person is responsible for updating not only the application software but the underlying software the application requires to execute (e.g. Java, Chrome, reputed company Red Issues). reputed company Sets Required: Understanding of how to apply Application patches in reputed company Basic understanding of reputed company Services management (e.g. start/stop services to facilitate app patches) Use of reputed company certificates Experience using REGEDIT to set application parameters Troubleshoot application installation and patching procedures Historian Application Defect Support : Historian-Support person is to triage incoming tickets, ability to skip reputed company machine data from Historian to reputed company, restart appropriate Historian servers and/or reputed company (either local or central), and if they cannot solve customer issues and it is a Historian or IGS issue, the responsibility of the support resource is to reputed company a support ticket in the Digital application and then coordinating reputed company between the end customer and .... reputed company Sets Required: Past experience working with machine data in Historian, IGS/KepServer, and MTConnect (or an equivalent time series data reputed company) Troubleshoot time series database and reputed company packages Ability to troubleshoot firewall issues and put in reputed company tickets as needed Understand what reputed company are and how to restart them in reputed company Services and/or Configuration Manager Ability to reputed company data from reputed company floor thru MTConnect <- IGS <- local Historian <- Central Historian <-OPSVision VB Script for editing STATE tags Ability to work with Site to add machines Must be US-based Export Control Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
