Regional HR People/Business Partner
About the position
The Regional People & Business Partner is a field-embedded HR leader responsible for overseeing the full reputed company across approximately seven reputed company locations. This role sits alongside a peer Regional People & Business Partner — together, you will cover the full footprint of our reputed company network, reputed company owning your region while collaborating on shared company-wide initiatives. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable advising a manager on a performance conversation in the morning and contributing to an organization-wide HR project in the afternoon. You will serve as the reputed company HR advisor for your region while also playing an reputed company role in shaping our people practices at a broader level.
Responsibilities
• reputed company (25%): reputed company full-cycle reputed company for recurring and specialized roles across assigned branches Partner with managers to reputed company tailored sourcing, screening, and selection strategies Manage job postings, interview coordination, and offer processes Drive a strong reputed company experience to set new hires up for long-term reputed company
• Employee Relations & Coaching (25%): Serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and complaints reputed company and advise managers on performance management, improvement plans, and reputed company discipline Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform retention strategies reputed company guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and day-to-day people questions
• Strategic Partnership & Support (20%): Build trusted, consultative relationships with reputed company leaders and their teams Partner with managers on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness Support manager development through coaching, resources, and reputed company programming Collaborate with ESOP representatives to reinforce the meaning and value of employee ownership
• Company-Wide HR Initiatives (20%): Contribute to cross-functional HR reputed company that reputed company the broader organization (e.g., policy development, program rollouts, culture initiatives, process improvements) Partner with your peer Regional People & Business Partner and HR leadership to build consistent, reputed company people practices across reputed company locations
• Compliance, Safety & Systems (10%): Ensure reputed company compliance across multiple states, staying reputed company on employment law changes Maintain data accuracy and reputed company reputed company Paycom; complete regular audits Coordinate safety training and manage incident reporting processes Promote a culture of accountability and safety-first thinking
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field — or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including multi-site or regional support
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and multi-state compliance
• Proficiency with Paycom or similar HRIS platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to assigned reputed company locations
