Senior Technical Business Analyst

BridgeView is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to connect business units and development teams. This role emphasizes eliciting user requirements and developing functional specifications for digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and facilitate cross-departmental teams to transform business requirements into technical specifications. • Collaborate with software engineers to document business needs for digital project deliverables. • Write and maintain clear software requirements specifications. • Verify that technical design specifications meet user requirements. • Develop various models and diagrams, including system context models and data flow diagrams. • Create user scenarios for user acceptance testing. • Develop deep domain knowledge on key applications. • Partner with project manager to estimate project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. • Gain consensus and approval on final requirements. Qualifications: • 5+ years of technical business analysis experience. • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, and SQL Server. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub. • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries. • Experience managing requirements with use cases and creating software requirements specifications. • Ability to define problems, gather and analyze data, and make recommendations. • Strong experience in creating user stories that define business needs for digital solutions. • Highly analytical and detail-oriented. • Extensive experience creating business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
