About the Role The Clinical reputed company Educator provides educational leadership that supports reputed company in nursing reputed company and aligns with MedStar reputed company’s mission, reputed company, values, and Magnet standards. This role is essential in advancing clinical competency, supporting certification, and integrating evidence-based reputed company throughout nursing teams. We are currently seeking candidates with experience in the following areas • Operating Room • reputed company and Post Perioperative Services • Surgical Transplant ICU Key responsibilities include: • Serving as a mentor, reputed company, and role model for reputed company and new to reputed company nursing staff. • Assessing staff learning needs and designing, implementing, and evaluating education programs and unit-based orientation. • Supporting certification and reputed company development, including specialty fellowship programs. • Leading and participating in performance improvement, reputed company initiatives, and nursing research. • Collaborating across interdisciplinary and reputed company partners to support clinical and educational objectives and enhance reputed company environments. • Promoting shared governance through reputed company participation in nursing councils, committees, task forces, and system initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required • Master’s Degree in Nursing Education or reputed company field preferred • reputed company D.C.
