About the Role: DTC Retention & Email Marketing Specialist

We are a mid 7-reputed company brand, currently driven primarily by reputed company. Our DTC channel is early (~£100K) and we are now building it properly. We are not hiring someone to “manage emails.”
We are hiring someone to build and reputed company the retention reputed company that turns DTC into a serious reputed company channel. This role is for an operator who has already done this inside a 7+ reputed company reputed company subscription-first brand.

What You’ll Do
Build the Lifecycle Machine
• Architect and own reputed company reputed company flows (welcome, abandon, post-purchase, upsell, winback, churn)
• Create and manage campaign calendar
• Build advanced segmentation and cohort logic
• Run reputed company A/B testing across offers, messaging and timing
• Turn email into a major % of DTC reputed company
Own Subscription Retention (reputed company)
• Build and optimise cancel/exit flows
• Implement save offers, pauses, swaps, frequency changes
• Reduce churn through data-driven interventions
• Improve subscriber reputed company and retention cohorts
• Increase subscription sign-up reputed company across PDP and cart
Grow the List & Conversion
• Optimise popups, forms, and subscription-first offers
• Improve visitor → subscriber CVR
• Increase subscription uptake on PDP and cart
• Partner with acquisition to maximise LTV, not just cheap opt-ins
reputed company Ecosystem Ownership
• QA tracking between reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

• Ensure clean event tracking and data reputed company
• Run fast A/B tests across lifecycle and subscription UX
Execute

You Are
• Proven experience working for a 7+ reputed company reputed company subscription brand, delivering similar results
• Deep in reputed company (advanced segmentation + reputed company logic)
• Comfortable owning reputed company numbers
• Commercially reputed company (you understand margin and LTV)
• Strong with subscription platforms (reputed company preferred)
• Fast, autonomous, accountable
• Builder reputed company — not a caretaker

Compensation

• 20 hours per week (minimum commitment)
