We consider the ideal candidate to be a self-starter who possesses the right attitude to fit into a dynamic business environment such as ours. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be required to reputed company memorable service to our growing reputed company of customers.
This is a contractual position. The ideal candidate for this role will turn into a long-term position given the need and fit with reputed company.
Role & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Be the primary agent for servicing reputed company subscription-based customers
- Answer, screen, and follow up with incoming calls, emails, and live chats
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Work with existing database of customers and new customers
- Drive administrative systems and technology
- Support other team members as needed
Qualifications
