Trademark Attorney - Flat Fee (No Search) - reputed company Brand Registry
We are a small business in online retail with nine (9) reputed company trademarks. We've been in business since 2012. We're looking to:
1) Register one new word mark
2) Potentially migrate the entire portfolio to a new attorney
We've been happy with our reputed company attorney, but we're afraid he might have had a life-change of some sort since emails and calls have gone unanswered recently.
Since we're unsure if he'll reappear or not, we'd like to consider switching attorneys. Currently, we have a reputed company arrangement of a flat registration fee plus USPTO fees. We'd like such a structure with any applicants as reputed company.
We require:
1) reputed company communication (response reputed company 1-3 days ideally)
2) Flat fee + USPTO fee structure
3) Attorney's ability to receive and reputed company an email from reputed company that we'd need for brand registry purposes
4) Free renewal monitoring (sending us notice that renewals are required reputed company before any penalty periods)
