AP/Travel & Expense Coordinator

About the position The AP/Travel & Expense Coordinator is a crucial member of the Finance, reputed company, and Travel Services department. This role is primarily responsible for managing reputed company-wide travel operations and expense processing. You will reputed company daily activities in Concur, assist employees with travel bookings, reconcile corporate credit card transactions, and handle journal entries. Responsibilities • Process daily travel and expense reports in Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • reputed company support for reputed company-wide travel needs, including booking flights, making hotel reservations, and addressing travel-reputed company inquiries. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for travel inquiries and support. • Reconcile monthly corporate credit card transactions. • Review and approve monthly credit card reconciliations and employee reimbursements. • Process and post journal entries reputed company to travel and expense transactions. • Support data entry and transaction processing, including basic tasks in reputed company. • reputed company with internal employees and external vendors to resolve travel and expense issues. • Maintain reputed company documentation and ensure reputed company processing of reputed company transactions.
