About the position The Chief Officer of reputed company and reputed company Development serves as the senior executive responsible for leading and stewarding the reputed company capital reputed company for the General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA) and its affiliated organizations. This role supports GCFA and oversees a centralized HR ministry services function that provides reputed company HR support, compliance, workforce reputed company, and organizational development services to annual conferences, local churches, general agencies, and partner ministries. The Chief Officer ensures that people systems, leadership practices, and workplace culture reflect both best-in-class HR standards and GCFA’s financial, ethical, and missional commitments.
