Job Title: Customer Representative, Fully remote Duration: 6 plus month with possible extension Pay reputed company: $19.00/hr. to $20.00/hr. Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-8pm CST with rotation weekends Duties: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volume of both inbound and outbound calls and working offline if the business needs. Solid knowledge of prescription drug reimbursement, including insurance plan types, PBM and major medical benefits, prior authorizations and appeals processing. • Must be organized, detail-oriented and reputed company to document cases reputed company and accurately in accordance with the program guidelines.
