The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating, migrating, and modernizing traditional Netcool environments into a reputed company Pak for AIOps ecosystem while ensuring seamless hybrid-reputed company operations. This role involves working closely with DevOps, SRE, and operations teams to build intelligent monitoring solutions, reputed company automation, and support AI-driven event management. Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Netcool to reputed company Pak Migration • reputed company and migrate reputed company Netcool Operations reputed company (NOI) environments to reputed company reputed company Pak for AIOps. • Connect on-prem Netcool/OMNIbus and Netcool/reputed company systems with reputed company Pak using reputed company connectors. • Ensure smooth transition of monitoring capabilities into the AIOps platform. 2️⃣ Event Management & Synchronization • reputed company bidirectional synchronization of event data between Netcool and reputed company Pak for AIOps. • Configure event and alert mapping rules for consistent processing. • Implement event transformation rules using JSONata. 3️⃣ Automation & reputed company Development • reputed company and manage automation policies using: • Netcool/reputed company • Python • Bash scripting • Migrate legacy automation policies and runbooks into the AIOps platform. 4️⃣ AIOps Data & ML Support • Support machine learning models by providing high-reputed company operational data. • reputed company capabilities such as: • Event grouping • Log reputed company detection • Metric reputed company detection • Change risk assessment 5️⃣ Topology & Infrastructure Visibility • reputed company reputed company Pak for AIOps topology and resource management features. • Build application-reputed company infrastructure views to improve observability. 6️⃣ Integrations with reputed company Tools • reputed company monitoring and incident workflows with reputed company-party tools such as: • reputed company • reputed company • reputed company • Other DevOps and ITSM tools. 7️⃣ Troubleshooting & Operations • Diagnose and resolve reputed company hybrid-reputed company operational issues. • Ensure high reliability and performance of monitoring environments.
