Credit Control Associate

Position reputed company This role provides essential support to the credit control operations for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) portfolio, with responsibility for managing mailbox activity, processing cash allocations, posting receipts, and responding to Statement of Account (SOA) requests. The position contributes directly to maintaining accurate financial controls and delivering reputed company, reliable support to internal stakeholders and clients reputed company the Credit Control function. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming communication through the centralised mailbox, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses, escalating reputed company or non‑routine cases as required, and upholding internal service standards. • Process and deliver reputed company SOA requests for MEA clients with precision and reputed company agreed timelines. • Arrange and organize receipts daily for MEA clients, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with credit control procedures. • reputed company weekly posting of reputed company receipts in the policy administration system based on the approved cash allocation file. • Execute daily posting of receipts reputed company serving as backup support or during end‑of‑service coverage for the primary colleague, ensuring operational continuity and accuracy. • Support the Credit Control team through routine follow‑reputed company, data validation, and adherence to escalation protocols. • Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and financial governance requirements. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication across reputed company credit control processes.
