[Remote] Senior Dotnet Developer

They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and own end-to-end workflows or features in healthcare applications using .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server. Responsibilities • Own and deliver end-to-end workflows/features : design → development → testing → deployment → support • Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 • Apply object-oriented design, clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns (DI, Repository, Factory) • Develop RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs ; integrate SMART on FHIR apps with EMRs • Build cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault • Follow secure coding practices ; manage secrets and certificates via Azure Key Vault • Use Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management • Write unit & integration tests : xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance via Application Insights • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability Skills • Senior Full Stack development with end-to-end workflow/feature ownership • EMR/EHR integration experience • Strong knowledge of FHIR standards, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability • Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization • Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices • Experience with .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server • Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 • Apply object-oriented design, clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns (DI, Repository, Factory) • Develop RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs; integrate SMART on FHIR apps with EMRs • Build cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault • Follow secure coding practices; manage secrets and certificates via Azure Key Vault • Use Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management • Write unit & integration tests: xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance via Application Insights • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability • Healthcare domain and HIPAA compliance knowledge • OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect (SMART on FHIR security) • Microservices or event-driven architecture • Agile / Scrum experience Benefits • Comprehensive benefits to keep you healthy and happy Company Overview • Emids is a digital engineering partner helping healthcare and life sciences build AI solutions, modernize platforms and improve outcomes.
