Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact
• Implement customer segmentation strategies to tailor messaging for different audience groups, enhancing relevance and engagement.
• Design visually appealing emails using Adobe Photoshop or Canva and incorporate responsive HTML/CSS coding for optimal display across devices.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, automate workflows, and improve campaign efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, SQL queries, and platform analytics to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and layouts to maximize open rates and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters and designers to create compelling content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Maintain data integrity within CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot by managing customer data and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices in email marketing to continually innovate our approach.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in email marketing within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization; experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, SQL querying skills, and platform-specific reporting features.
• Expertise in copywriting with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages that drive action.
• Experience conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot for managing customer data effectively.
• Ability to analyze data insights to refine targeting strategies and improve ROI on campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting.
