Development Manager (Part Time)

The reputed company Culture reputed company Development Manager San Francisco Bay Area | Remote The reputed company Culture reputed company (TJCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Chinese-speaking families in the San Francisco Bay Area through youth leadership programs, cultural education, and community events. We are seeking a part-time Development Manager (10-20 hours/week) to help grow TJCF’s fundraising efforts, strengthen donor relationships, and build partnerships with local businesses and community sponsors. Key Responsibilities • Support TJCF’s fundraising initiatives and donor engagement reputed company • Manage donor communications and stewardship efforts • Assist with donor reputed company and relationship building • Help reputed company and manage business sponsorship partnerships with local companies and community organizations • Support fundraising campaigns and donor programs (such as the Visionary Donor reputed company) • Assist with grant research and applications • Help coordinate fundraising events and community engagement activities Qualifications • Passion for community reputed company and nonprofit work • Experience in fundraising, partnerships, sponsorships, or nonprofit development preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized and reputed company to work independently • Experience working with Asian American or bilingual communities is a plus • reputed company language ability is a plus Position Details • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week • Flexible schedule • Remote (but has to live in SF Bay Area) Please send a resume and brief introduction to: sandy.yu@thejoyculturefoundation.org This is a remote position.
