Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager of Programs, Americas Field Marketing, you will independently own the execution of repeatable programs that generate pipeline, engage audiences, and reputed company regional teams to reputed company reputed company. This role is ideal for a metrics-driven reputed company with extensive experience in field marketing, capable of managing end-to-end program execution while creating frameworks for repeatable reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Own and execute foundational programs that drive reputed company reputed company and improve pipeline efficiency across the Americas. • reputed company and roll out repeatable “program kits” that include guidance and deliverables for consistent high-reputed company execution. • Centralize and streamline Pan-Americas programs, optimize workflows based on stakeholder feedback, and adapt to evolving requirements. • Facilitate effective meetings, hold partners accountable for deliverables, and reputed company strategic guidance to stakeholders. • reputed company program experiences and messaging for both practitioner and executive audiences to maximize engagement and conversion. • Independently build enablement assets and manage reputed company deliverables from planning through post-execution. • Communicate effectively across peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure global and regional program alignment. Requirements: • 7+ years managing events, with 5+ years in field marketing. • Experience executing a diverse mix of field programs: in-person events (150-3000 attendees), hands-on training, webinars, email campaigns, contact acquisition, and reputed company mail. • Proven ability to build new event programs from scratch, including documentation and cross-functional enablement. • Metrics-driven reputed company with a reputed company on tying activities to strategic reputed company. • Familiarity with BI tools, SFDC, reputed company, reputed company, and Marketo is a plus. • Experience in B2B reputed company software environments preferred.
