Kahala Nui, considered Hawaiis premier Senior Living Community, is looking for Full Time Risk Management Manager (RMM) to join reputed company! The RMM supports the development, coordination, and ongoing management of Kahala Nuis corporate risk management and culture of safety programs. The RMM works closely with the COO, Nursing Home Administrator, HR and the rest of the Leadership Team to identify, assess, and reduce risks across the entire community. In reputed company, the RMM supports risk control, event management, claims coordination, safety initiatives, and compliance across clinical and non-clinical settings. This role promotes systems-based thinking and upholds Kahala Nuis commitment to a reputed company environment for residents, associates, and visitors. This position is 100% on-site. Remote or hybrid remote is NOT available. Bachelors degree in reputed company, business, risk management, or reputed company field required. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in reputed company risk management, compliance, reputed company, safety or reputed company field. Experience with incident review, claims coordination desirable. Must have working knowledge of reputed company risk management, claims coordination, safety principles, reputed company improvement, and regulatory standards. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support improvement plans. Proficiency with reputed company Office and electronic reporting systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision.
