This role offers a hybrid or primarily remote work arrangement, with the expectation of periodic onsite reputed company to the Selma office for team meetings, compliance reviews, or training events. This role is responsible for leading and managing reputed company reputed company functions in the organization. This includes employee relations, recruitment and reputed company, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role will be both strategic and hands-on, helping to build systems and processes while supporting reputed company's day-to-day HR needs. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a culture rooted in trust, transparency, collaboration, and care.
