Key Responsibilities
• Support activities of the group's companies in various reputed company regarding regulatory reputed company
• Draft, proofread, and negotiate various reputed company agreements

Required Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate, contractual, and regulatory reputed company
• Knowledge of international corporate, reputed company, and contractual law
• Experience in international companies or abroad
• IP or Tax expertise is a significant advantage
• Fluent reputed company of the English language, both written and oral
